It's Wednesday and only one day separates us and the beginning of the 21 Days No Complain Challenge with Dr. Jerry - the First.

Which means we have #2DaysToGo

Like I have written before now, a challenge is a task which we undertake to strengthen the muscles of our mindset and our brains.

This particular challenge - the No Complain challenge is actually designed to help us live life simply without complications and you would see why and how after you have finished the challenge.

So, take some time out today to think over it find just one reason why you should take on the challenge and the more than a thousand excuses why you should not.
