Countdown To The #No #Complain #Challenge - 4 Days To Go

Hello People
Greetings of the new day
I do hope that you and yours woke up well, healthy and of a sound mind
All thanks be to God
It's Monday the 28th day of January 2019 and we are beginning the countdown to the #21 #Days #No #Complain #Challenge #With #DrJerrytheFirst which is billed to kick off on Friday the 1st of February 2019.
So, it's 4 days to go
The books say it takes a minimum of 21 days for an old mental image to dissolve and a new one to gel.
More recently, however, a study of 96 people published in The European Journal of Social Psychology found that it took on average 66 days to form a habit, such as eating fruit at lunch or running for 15 minutes a day.
Constantly complaining is a habit that has been ingrained into the minds and brains of most of us - we complain from the very simple and small things that don't really matter to the most hideous things that should actually call for concern but most times these complains do not lift us out of the despondency mood unless we also make efforts to lift ourselves out and up.
And as a matter of fact, it does appear that some of us love being stressed over nothing, some even seem to "enjoy" complaining and cannot do without it.
It is difficult to break an old habit especially the pleasure-based habits. Enjoyable behaviors can prompt your brain to release a chemical called dopamine. ... And the brain's reward centers keep us craving the things we're trying so hard to resist.
The good news is, humans are not simply creatures of habit. We are creatures with a will and if we really want to apply our will power, there is nothing we cannot drop and pick another.
This 21-Day #No #Complain #Challenge is a commitment to making mental health a priority by ensuring that you make every effort to stop seeing complains in the things that move around you every minute of the day and do this for the next 21 days
This effort would surely help you to form a new habit of accepting things as they come
It is often stated that happiness comes when we stop complaining about the troubles we have in our lives and start being grateful for the ones we don't have.
Let this challenge help you to become a more happier person
It's nice to have you in the House
Welcome once again

The Richest Man In Babylon - Chapter 1

The Richest Man In Babylon By George S Clason Chapter 1 The Man Who Desired Gold Bansir, the chariot builder of Babylon, was thoroughly discouraged. From his seat upon the low wall surrounding his property, he gazed sadly at his simple home and the open workshop in which stood a partially completed chariot. His wife frequently appeared at the open door. Her furtive glances in his direction reminded him that the meal bag was almost empty and he should be at work finishing the chariot, hammering and hewing, polishing and painting, stretching taut the leather over the wheel rims, preparing it for delivery so he could collect from his wealthy customer. Nevertheless,' his fat, muscular body sat stolidly upon the wall. His slow mind was struggling patiently with a problem for which he could find no answer. The hot, tropical sun, so typical of this valley of the Euphrates, beat down upon him mercilessly. Beads of perspiration formed upon his brow

The Science Of Getting Rich - Chapter 1

Chapter 1 - The Right to Be Rich Whatever may be said in praise of poverty, the fact remains that it is not possible to live a really complete or successful life unless one is rich. No man can rise to his greatest possible height in talent or soul development unless he has plenty of money; for to unfold the soul and to develop talent he must have many things to use, and he cannot have these things unless he has money to buy them with. A man develops in mind, soul, and body by making use of things, and society is so organized that man must have money in order to become the possessor of things; therefore, the basis of all advancement for man must be the science of getting rich. The object of all life is development; and everything that lives has an inalienable right to all the development it is capable of attaining. Man ’ s right to life means his right to have the free and unrestricted use of all the things which may be necessary to his fullest mental, spiritu
